aFe's Magnum FLOW Pro 5R is a direct-fit replacement filter for 2019-2021 BMW X7 L6 3.0L engines, built with five layers of pre-oiled cotton gauze media. The progressive layering maintains high flow even as the filter loads with dirt, and the 360-degree polyurethane frame holds its shape through repeated heat cycles. Recharge with aFe Power Cleaner and blue filter oil.

A drop-in air filter is installed by opening up your stock air box, pulling out your factory paper filter and replacing it with the new high flow unit. If you opt for the open-element air filter, then your whole air box should be removed and replaced with the new filter.
