AEM EV's Battery Management System Master Module communicates with the VCU and is required at minimum one per battery pack. Each pack can be expanded with additional Satellite modules, which add 18 cells and 3 thermistors per unit via isoSPI daisy-chain. Must be paired with AEM VCU 18 Cell Taps.
