AEM's Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator supports fuel flow for engines up to 1000 hp and features patented interchangeable discharge ports to match any fuel pump's output. A large discharge orifice, custom barb fitting for the factory fuel hose, and a base tapped for -6 AN or 9/16 inchesx18 fittings are all included.

About AEM

AEM High Volume Fuel System components are engineered with fuel delivery capabilities necessary to support high-horsepower engines. AEM High Volume fuel rails, fuel filters and adjustable fuel pressure regulators are designed to install using factory hardware (except Universal FPR), and are pre-tapped to accept AN fittings from custom fuel lines. AEM's fuel rail and adjustable fuel pressure regulators will support up to 1,000 horsepower, and AEM's fuel filter will flow for up to 500 horsepower.

A: You disconnect a vacuum hose and one fuel line on your fuel pressure regulator and replace it with the new adjustable unit within minutes.

Q: Will installing an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator add horsepower to my vehicle?
A: Not directly, but when adding an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator and high flow fuel pump to your modified engine, it can help deliver the additional fuel needed for optimum performance.

Q: What is a fuel pressure regulator? Why buy a fuel pressure regulator?
A: The fuel pressure regulator regulates the fuel pressure that goes into the engine. The car's computer does not control the fuel pressure regulator; it is controlled by the engines vacuum. Depending whether the idle is high or low the fuel pressure regulator opens and closes giving more or less fuel. With a high performance motor, an adjustable fuel pressure regulator is needed to increase the amount of fuel given to the engine since larger injectors and fuel pump will be utilized.
