Mud Flaps
Why buy mud flaps?
Mud flaps add an enhanced, custom look to your car and protect your car from road debris kicking up into your paint job.
How do you install mud flaps?
Most mud flaps are installed without any cutting or trimming. Mud flaps are easy to install with all the hardware included.
Why To Buy?:
We've seen the result of not having a proper set of mud flaps. At the very least, it's messy. On the more extreme end, not having mud flaps can potentially cause some metal damage if a rock goes flying into one of your wheel wells fast enough. We didn't believe it either until we saw the photos, but it's happened. Another case of why you might need mud flaps is if you have wheels that protrude out of your wheel wells. Many local and state law enforcement agencies require mud flaps on any vehicle where the wheels stick out more than an inch or two past the body.
Did You Know?:
Whether you're mud-bogging, rally racing, or just need to cover up your wide wheels and tires, installing a set of mud flaps will help keep the crud off of your ride, as well as off of anyone who happens to be behind you. Mud flaps come in all shapes and sizes, and some are available with LED lights for extra visibility. Most mud flaps are made of plastic or rubber, but there are a few select styles available in aluminum and even stainless steel.
