How do you install fender inserts?

Depending on the insert and on the look you want, you can rivet them in to your factory fenders using pop rivets, you can use an industrial strength double-sided adhesive to adhere it to your fender, or lastly you can 'body-work' it into your fender so it looks seamless with fender as if the insert is actually part of your fender.
