Clutch engagement will usually be somewhat harsh, especially with unsprung discs, and the discs will wear faster than full discs. In fact, people often refer to a puck style disc that has four or fewer pucks as feeling like an on/off switch — the clutch is either engaged, or it isn't, with very little in-between. So, although they're great for the track, you may not want one for the street.
