Hook Nosed Rack Ramps are a lightweight alternative to the heavy steel ramps typically used with four-post lifts. Weighing as little as 9 pounds each--less than one-quarter the weight of factory steel ramps--Hook Nosed Rack Ramps are easy to move and store. They provide a 6.7 degree angle of approach, enabling low ground clearance vehicles to get on the lift without the front end scraping. Hooked Nosed Rack Ramps come in three sizes, which can accommodate tires up to 16” wide on the largest model. They are designed as a direct replacement for the heavy factory steel ramps used on a variety of popular four-post lifts. Their patented, super-lightweight, 100% solid construction ensures that the ramps are highly durable, virtually indestructible, and very stable--with the ability to support a 6,000 lb. vehicle. The ramps’ textured coating prevents sliding across floors, including epoxy-coated floors, yet they will not scratch or otherwise damage the floor. They are easy to clean and won’t rust.
Hook Nosed Rack Ramps are a new addition to the Race Ramps product line, and like our current Rack-5 model, has space for the operating rods or cables that run in front of the steel beam. Our Rack-4 model is an extension ramp for lifts with permanently attached steel ramps. MADE IN THE USA
