Unibody vehicles with strut suspensions are notorious for having a lot of give in the strut and lower control arm mounting points, so it makes sense that strengthening these areas can only improve your ride's handling characteristics. Installing a new S2000 tie bar can literally be the missing link your ride needs to improve its performance.

Much like strut bars, S2000 tie bars help tighten up your vehicle's chassis and minimize flex between your lower control arms or chassis tube during cornering and aggressive driving. In fact, many newer vehicles now come equipped with chassis reinforcement bars from the factory, so we're certainly inclined to believe that they do indeed work very well. Of course, tie bars will work better on some chassis more than others due to the difference in strength of the factory design, but our belief is that every little bit helps since a fraction of a second on the track could mean the difference between winning and losing.
