Russell is owned by the world famous speed company, Edelbrock. With a legacy of performance that dates back to the beginning of the hotrod movement in the 1930s Edelbrock is a dominant force in the world of go-fast parts. With the benefit of nearly a centuries worth of automotive expertise, Russell has followed suit and become a major player in plumbing and fitting parts for racers and enthusiasts alike. Using only the best available materials and building to exacting tolerances Russell components have proven themselves in some of the harshest conditions imaginable. With the added benefit of great product warranties it is hard to say no to products from Russell.
Russell Performance has always been synonymous with racing. Founder Dave Russell was a loan officer/racer, which may sound like a strange dichotomy, but was a winning combination for an automotive enthusiast who wished to start his own automotive performance business. This conglomeration of business sense, market knowledge, and desire to win carried Dave Russell through the tough times of finding proper distribution for his fledgling product line. Russell Performance eventually hit it big, and in 2001 Edelbrock acquired the brand, making Russell even more of a powerhouse in the automotive aftermarket and bringing it into a new era of racing performance.
