	What is a wastegate? Why buy a wastegate?
	A wastegate regulates boost by allowing excess exhaust pressure to bleed off. Wastegates generally come in two different types. The first is an internal wastegate, which is controlled by a wastegate actuator and bleeds directly into the exhaust system. An external wastegate is controlled by a boost controller and can be directed to bleed either into the exhaust system or directly into the atmosphere. It�s mounted wherever there�s space for it. External wastegates can handle more boost, but can be too big to fit in the space next to the turbo.

	How do you install a wastegate?
	Wategates are mounted onto the turbo manifold by using a flange. Basic bolting of it is needed for installation.
