A new D-Series muffler tip is a great way to improve the looks of your exhaust without having to change out the whole exhaust system.

Some aftermarket D-Series muffler tips are resonated, meaning that they are like a mini-muffler. They can alter the sound and volume of your D-Series exhaust, but the change is usually very subtle. Many D-Series muffler tips are made to be bolted on, meaning that you simply attach them to your existing D-Series exhaust piping using the provided hardware, while others must be welded on. Bolt-on D-Series muffler tips are great for the do-it-yourselfer, but for a more permanent installation we recommend having your D-Series muffler tip(s) welded on. In fact, most bolt-on tips can also be welded on if you so desire.
