What is a floor pan? Why buy one?
Floor pans are the stamped metal pieces that make up the floor area and underside of your vehicle. If you own an older car you probably know how susceptible floors are to damage. It is common for moisture to build up on the floor and eventually this causes rust holes to develop. In addition to having unsightly holes in the floor, rusted floor pans also significantly weaken the overall structure of your vehicle allowing for added chassis flex which can diminish handling and car control. If you have corroded or damaged floor pans you can replace your floor pan with brand new patch pieces or an entirely new pan. Now you do not have to give up on your rusted old project.
