» WHY TO BUY?
If your ride suffers from sub-par lighting, a set of Lx470 HID lights can cure your woes. And while some might argue that HID lights produce high amounts of glare to oncoming drivers, we have had good luck adjusting them to alleviate this problem to the point where it's a non-issue. In fact, we've been all but ignored by many local law enforcement agencies when out in the streets at night, and we've never had anyone flash their high beams at us, which we all know is the universal sign for, "Hey, your lights are too bright!" That being said, installing Lx470 HID lights may or may not be legal where you live for various reasons, so it's always best to double-check before installing something that might get you in trouble.

HID lights, in our opinion, are one of the best things to hit the automotive industry. At first only available on high-end luxury and sports cars, we rejoiced when they finally became available in the aftermarket. Yes, Lx470 HID lights can be super bright and are sometimes a bit much when they're not properly installed, but with some adjustment can be just as safe as incandescent lights. A good tip that we learned when using Lx470 HID lights on factory non-projector headlights is to adjust the lights to point down a bit, which helps eliminate glare for opposing traffic, but still offers better illumination than the factory bulbs.
