Fog lights usually work best when your Prizm headlights are off, but because of many road laws they are often wired to work in tandem with low beam headlights. In general, yellow (officially known as "selective yellow") Prizm fog lights are more effective in adverse conditions due to the reduction in short blue light waves present in white lights, which can distract the eye and make it more difficult to see detail. Most Prizm fog lights are actually universal mount, but others are available with application-specific mounts and harnesses which plug in directly to your Prizm wiring harness.
