TYC uses the best tooling mold for the plastic injection of lamp components. These toolings are made from high grade metals that are extremely hard, causing a longer development time but also the most consistent shape, form and quality. Real reflex reflectors make TYC tail lights truly compliant with FMVSS-108 standards. TYC reflex reflectors are customized to each individual lamp and perform to OE specifications. All TYC lamps feature a "plug and play" harness so no wire cutting, chopping, or spliciing is required.
