Precision Grilles

Frequently Asked Questions
  Why buy a grille?
Grilles add a great cosmetic touch to your truck, separating it from the other stock, basic trucks on the road. There are several styles of grilles available.

What exactly is a grille shell?
When we say grille shell, we're referring to the entire grille assembly including the shell housing (often a polished or painted perimeter of the grille) and the grille insert. Not every truck has a shell that houses its grille, but for those that do, buying a custom grille shell assembly can drastically change the look of your truck.

How do you install a grille shell?
This type of assembly is easier to install than, say, a 'cut-out grille' because no cutting is required. You simply unbolt your factory shell, and bolt in the new one. Since the grille is already pre-installed in the new shell, nothing further is needed. Some shells have bolts hiding under headlights or even fenders, in which case removal of these parts is needed to access the grille shell bolts.
