Their hardware carries a grade 5 or higher where needed using aerospace standards. The support systems are carefully designed for proper support and vibration isolation to reduce material fatigue for long service life. Where Airforce One has evolved into the premier manufacture of today's performance intake systems is the use of their custom designed and molded Hi-Temp stabilized composite adapter boots, couplings and MAS airflow venturi adapters. These components make the installation much easier for the installer to attach the necessary breather lines, temp sensors and add that 'concourse class' appearance to the complete system. Many of their systems utilize their Venturi Adapter which, when coupled with ther Power Stack Filter, will generate additional horsepower over comparable full system replacements.
