5 stage filtration includes: 1) 40 micron sintered bronze element. 2) Oil removing activated charcoal 3) sintered bronze filter seperates charcoal from desiccant. 4) desiccant beads lower the dew point to -30 deg. ;F. ;5) 40 micron sintered bronze filter prevents desiccant dust from ;entering the system. The unit ;comes with a ;safety ;guard. A particulate pre filter is recommended to assure proper desiccant ;life. When the beads change ;from blue to pink, simply ;remove/replace the old cartridge. This unit is recommended for systems without a refrigerated dryer. ;Rated at 40SCFM.
