We've been using Royal Purple synthetic fluids for a great many years, including its XPR racing oils and Max-Gear oil in a few of our personal track cars. In fact, one of our cars had worn synchronizers between first and second gears which caused the occasional mis-shift, and upon changing the old fluid to Max-Gear, the transmission became much easier to shift.
